Drupad 1.9 hits the store
If you haven’t read it go read the announcement of yesterday.
Drupad 1.9 is available in the AppStore, it’s for iOS 4.0+.
Changelog (iOS)
- Create / edit content (CCK / Fields API support),
- FileField and ImageField support,
- CoreData for storage,
- Several bug fixes,
- Several memory leaks fixed,
- Performance improvements.
How to update
You must update the module to either:
You’ll need to set some configuration options in:
- Drupal 6: Admin > Site configuration > Drupad,
- Drupal 7: Configuration > System > Drupad,
A new permission has emerged create / edit content with Drupad.
This permission applies on top of regular node’s module permissions, so your content permissions settings still apply.

- Implemented node_access check for content listing
- Compress JSON output if mod_deflate is loaded
- The module should be able to logout and log in a user in the same request
